Who is Hereford Barre?

My name is Chrissie Barker, the founder and lead instructor of Hereford Barre. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency through barre-inspired and strength training movements.

With over 10 years of experience, a passion for teaching, and a focus on proper form and the mind-body connection, I create intentional, low-impact, powerful workouts that support people in all stages of life.

Hereford Barre isn't made up of one type of person. There are so many wonderful people who not only work out, but come to enjoy our social events too. All are welcome here.
